SPCA overloaded with cats, kittens
STRATHAM — The New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (N.H. SPCA) announced that due to an overwhelming number of cats and kittens in its care, adoption fees for adult cats will be offered as “2 Fur 1, Twice the Fun” for the entire month of July.
