What sucks about the democrats these days is they think berating republicans and others outside their agenda will justify their own failings. They can whine and complain all they want about angry racists and what have you, but it won’t erase the fact that their own health care bill is an inherently unconstitutional handout to unions and the insurance industry instead of real health care reform.

Anywhere else in the real world, they’d have been fired long ago. Vote em out!

I care about all the lies they told soft headed folks like yourself. I care about the people who are sick and just want a chance to get better. @midevalcheese There are a lot of black people in the movement??? I don’t see any of them in any of the rallies. Have never seen even one. It doesn’t matter whether you renounce racism — there is racism afloat in GOP circles as well as in the tea party movement, even if members don’t realize it. The idea is to hold Obama to a higher standard, to attack and attack the President relentlessly. It is definitely racism — a Southern Strategy.

I agree! If I have to carry Ins. on my home with an umbrella policy for Joe Public that could wonder onto my property uninvited and gets hurt. Then requiring health insurance is a no brainer. As you pointed out, car insurance is non-negotiable providing you wish to remain legal and behind the wheel.

I hate clearing snow off city annexed sidewalks that border my property at 6AM. But it’s an ordnance intended to keep the public safer– that carries a fine. So should health care

What’s the problem? I’m forced to carry auto and home insurance. I’m forced to wear a seat belt, rake my leaves and mow my lawn or face a ticket/fine. I’m forced to purchase a hunting and fishing license or face fines or jail… requiring health care coverage is the most rational of them all.

That Republican just sits there and LIES! Teapartiers are funded through FREEDOMWORKS, a very well funded right wing faux-grass roots organization headed by DICK ARMEY, the congressman ousted for drinking too much and letching after staffers, and who is as bigoted and racist as the teabaggers themselves…
