Advertising is so dominant, and the news media is run by the same corporations. I heard that some GE stockholders complain about Rach & Keith. Good! Screw em.

Sorry, Rachel, somebody is going to do the historical thing. It is THAT important. It has been said that the healthcare industry has like 7 lobbyists per senator. Where do you think those senators come from? The ones who aren’t ex staffers are ex senators and ex congressmen. Don’t get reelected and what do you do with yourself? You become a lobbyist. Killing this bill is worth a seven figure salary for whoever does it.
