I picked this product up so that my cat could come and go as she wanted.

Pro:

- Easy Installation: no tools other than a half sharp knife were necessary.

-Inexpensive

-Large size (my cat is pretty fat)

Con:

-The way the installation works, there is a fringe of screen left in the gap of the door. This fringe doesn’t let the door swing very freely.

-Wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than a cat or very small dog. It is only supported by the screen itself…it isn’t structural at all.

I loved the idea of this door and it is easy for the cats to use, the issue is it does not close all the way most of the time. I went for this as a replacement for our old door that opened at the bottom it always closed on the cats tail if they went too slow making our cat Diva a bit nervous.. but at least it always closed all the way..

I do like the door but it needs more spring..
